In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (5) of section 5 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has been pleased to appoint Deputy Registrar (Judicial) Gilgit Baltistan Chief Court as "Registrar of the Company Bench" constituted vide Notification NO.CC-E-15/2022 dated 20th June 2022, in addition to his own duties with immediate effect till further orders.
