As approved by the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court Mr. Justice Raja Shakeel Ahmed, Hon'ble Judge Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court is proceeding to Skardu to hear division bench cases pertaining to Baltistan division on 27-06-2022 to 28-06-2022.

NO.CC-E-15/2022. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (5) of section 5 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has been pleased to appoint Deputy Registrar (Judicial) Gilgit Baltistan Chief Court as "Registrar of the Company Bench" constituted vide Notification NO.CC-E-15/2022 dated 20th June 2022, in addition to his own duties with immediate effect till further orders.

The Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, Mr. Justice Ali Baig is proceeding to Skardu on 20th June 2022 for hearing of single bench cases pertaining to Baltistan Region from 20th June 2022 to 25th June 2022 at Registry Office Skardu as well as Court inspection of Baltistan Division along with worthy Registrar GB Chief Court.

The division bench of the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court consisting. of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Malik Inayat-ur-Rehman Judge, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Johar Ali, Judge are proceeding to Skardu for hearing of Division and Single bench cases pertaining to Baltistan Region at Registry Office Skardu from 23-05-2022 to 31-05-2022.

In the light of the order dated 29-05-2023 passed in Civil Misc. No.557/23, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has been pleased to constitute a Larger Bench consisting of the three Hon'ble Judges of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, check out an attached notification for more detail.

The Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has been pleased to approve a change in the schedule of the Division Bench Session comprising Mr Justice Johar Ali and Mr Justice Mushtaq Muhammad, Hon'ble Judges of the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, which previously convened on Friday of every week at Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, will now convene on Monday of every week, with effect from 29th May 2023 and till further orders.

The undersigned is directed to say that, the Tablighi Ijhtimah is scheduled to take place from the afternoon of 16th May 2023 to the afternoon of 17th May 2023 at Gilgit city. In light of the significance of this religious gathering for the public, it has been decided that a half-day observance will be observed at the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court for the dates mentioned above. The Hon'ble Judges are requested to exercise discretion and refrain from making any adverse comments if any lawyers or litigant public fail to appear in any case before the Hon'ble Judges during the mentioned time frame, as individuals may be engaged in religious activities related to the Tablighi Ijhtimah and may face difficulties in attending court proceedings.

In continuation of this office order of even number dated 13th April 2023, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, Gilgit has been pleased to further extend the roster sitting period of Mr Justice Raja Shakeel Ahmed, Hon'ble Judge of GB Chief Court Circuit bench Baltistan Division at Skardu from 16th May 2023 to 15 June 2023 in the interest of litigant public

In exercise of the powers conferred under Article-89(2) of the Government of the Gilgit-Baltistan Order 2018, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, Gilgit has been pleased to approve the roster sitting in respect of the following Hon'ble Judges of GB Chief Court, at Circuit bench Diamer Division and Baltistan Division with effect from 16 April 2023:- 01. Mr Justice Raja Shakeel Ahmed, Hon'ble Judge, G.B Chief Court Circuit Bench Baltistan Division headquarter at Skardu will continue his duties for a period of further one month from 16th April 2023 to 15th May 2023 at Baltistan Division. 02. Mr Justice Jahanzeb Khan, Hon'ble Judge, G.B Chief Court Circuit Bench Diamer Division at Chilas from 16th April 2023 to 15th June 2023. 03. Mr Justice Mushtaq Muhammad, Hon'ble Judge, G.B Chief Court Circuit Bench Diamer Division at Chilas will resume his duties at G.B Chief Court, Gilgit from 16th April 2023 till further orders. The Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court is pleased to approve the roster for duty as vacation judges for District & Sessions Judges and Additional District & Sessions Judges to dispose of urgent Civil and Criminal matters including regular bail applications filed under section 497 Cr.PC, succession Eruficates certificates and guardianship certificates during the winter vacations are commencing from 16-12-2022 to 15-2-2023 at the District headquarters as specified in the attached notification.

In partial modification of this office order of even number, dated 7th December, 2022, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court is pleased to approve the following roster for duty as vacation Hon'ble Judges in the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court Gilgit to dispose of urgent civil and criminal matters, relating to special Courts i.e Anti Terrorism Court etc including regular bail applications and regular writ petitions in which stay is involved during the winter vacations.
