In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of section 5 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has been pleased to constitute a Company Single Bench comprising of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Raja Shakeel Ahmed in the Gilgit Baltistan Chief Court at principal seat Gilgit, in addition to his own usual duties/judicial work.
