In exercise of the powers conferred under Article-89(2) of the Government of the Gilgit-Baltistan Order 2018, the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, Gilgit has been pleased to approve the roster sitting in respect of the following Hon'ble Judges of GB Chief Court, at Circuit bench Baltistan Division and Diamer Division in respect of following Hon'ble Judges of Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court from 01-10-2023 to 30-11-2023 in the interest of litigant public.
1. Mr. Justice Johar Ali, Hon'ble Judge of GB Chief Court Circuit bench Baltistan Division at Skardu.
2. Mr. Justice Jahanzeb Khan, Hon'ble Judge of GB Chief Court Circuit Bench Diamer Division at Chilas.
Mr. Justice Mushtaq Muhammad Hon'ble Judge of GB Chief Court at Circuit Bench Diamer Division will resume his duties in Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court Gilgit from 1st September 2023, till further orders. Further details can be found in the attached document.
