As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee approved by the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, Mr Muhammad Sharif, Senior Civil Judge Skardu (BPS-19) is hereby promoted as Addl. District & Sessions Judge (BPS-20) on acting charge basis in pursuance of general rules 8-B(1) of part-1 (appointments by promotion or transfer) and posted to Court of Addl. District & Sessions Judge Gilgit in the public interest with effect from 1" August 2023 till further orders as mentioned in the attached document.
