As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee approved by the Hon'ble Chief Justice Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, and Mr Zia-ur-Rehman, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Diamer (BPS-20) is hereby promoted as District & Sessions Judge (BPS-21) on an acting charge basis in pursuance of general rules 8-B(1) of part-11 (appointments by promotion or transfer) and posted to Court of District & Sessions Judge Kharmaing in the public interest with effect from 1" July 2023 till further orders as mentioned in attached document.
