The Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court has constituted a Company Single Bench at its Principal Seat, Gilgit, under the Companies Act, 2017. Hon'ble Mr. Justice Johar Ali has been assigned to hear company matters in addition to his regular judicial responsibilities, with the approval of the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
